Abstract

The invention discloses a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) hose. The hose is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of PVC resins, 30-45 parts of plasticizer, 5-8 parts of hexamethyl phosphoramide, 10-15 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 3-6 parts of heat stabilizer, 5-10 parts of terpolymer, 5-15 parts of limestone and 30-50 parts of carbon black. The PVC hose has the advantages that the PVC hose has excellent processability, high transparency, good weather resistance and high bonding strength with PVC and polyester fibers and is durable and stable; hexamethyl phosphoramide is added, the components of the raw materials can be fully compatible, thus improving the overall performances of the hose; meanwhile, the donor tendency of hexamethyl phosphoramide can achieve the effects of antioxidants; besides, hexamethyl phosphoramide can complex ferric ions and hydrogen chloride, thus effectively improving the aging resistance of the hose.
本发明公开了一种PVC软管,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:PVC树脂40-70份,增塑剂30-45份,六甲基磷酸三胺5-8份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10-15份,热稳定剂3-6份,三元共聚物5-10份,石粉5~15份,炭黑30~50份。本发明提供一种加工性能优异、透明度高,耐候性好,与PVC、涤纶纤维粘接强度高且持久稳定的PVC软管。本发明添加了六甲基磷酰三胺,能使原料各组分充分相容,提高了管材的整体性能,同时六甲基磷酰三胺的供电子倾向可起到抗氧剂的效果,另外六甲基磷酰三胺可以络合三价铁离子和氯化氢,有效提高了软管的防老化性能。
