Abstract

一种水冷除臭处理污泥干化焚烧产生的臭气的方法为环保领域内工业废气处理的一种方法。其采用塔形器具,分层安装喷水、添加药剂的结构,主体网消雾层,喷水冷却、雾化、除臭、降温一体合成层。将生产排气管道接入塔形器具的底水层,水中多管道排气外冷却,将200℃左右的气体降温至100℃以下进入臭气消化层,臭气在雾化料层中溶于雾气往上升,至除雾层冷却成水滴落下来随喷淋水排出,此时再排出的气体已经除臭,保证了污泥干化焚烧处理的正常生产,无环境影响。
A method for deodorizing stink produced by sludge drying and burning through water cooling is a method for treating industrial waste gas in the environmental protection field. With the adoption of a tower appliance, a structure for spraying water and adding medicament, a fog dissipation layer of a main body screen, and an integral synthetic layer for splash water cooling, atomizing, deodorizing and cooling are arranged hierarchically. An exhaust air duct is connected to a bottom water layer of the tower appliance, multiple pipelines in the water are exhausted and externally cooled, and the gas at about 200 DEG C is cooled to 100 DEG C and then entered into a stink dissolving layer; and the stink in an atomizing layer is dissolved into fog and then ascended till a demisting layer is cooled to fall down and discharged with the spraying water after being cooled to water drops, and the discharged gas at the moment is deodorized, thereby guaranteeing the normal production of sludge drying and burning and being free from environment influence.
