Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型电缆,包括护套、聚脂薄膜带、接地线和至少一电缆线芯,所述电缆线芯包括至少一线芯和包裹在所述至少一线芯周围的绝缘层,所述聚脂薄膜带纹包于所述至少一电缆线芯和所述接地线周围,所述护套包裹在所述聚脂薄膜带周围;所述至少一单线芯采用合金导体,所述合金导体包括下列以重量百分比表示的组分:0.03-0.20%的硅,0.40-1.5%的铁,0-0.10%的锌,其余为铝。该电缆能够代替铜芯电缆,具有价格低廉、重量轻、敷设方便、施工成本低、较之采用普通铝线的电缆具有电阻率低、导电率好,抗拉强度高、延伸率大等优点。
The invention discloses a novel cable. The cable comprises a protecting bush, a polyester film belt, a grounding wire and at least one cable core, wherein the cable core comprises at least one core and at least one insulation layer wrapping at the periphery of the at least one core, the polyester film belt is wrapped at the peripheries of the at least one cable core and the grounding wire, the protecting bush is wrapped at the periphery of the polyester film belt; and the at least one single core adopts an aluminum alloy conductor, and the aluminum alloy conductor comprises the following components by weight percent: 0.03%-0.20% of silicon, 0.40-1.5% of iron, 0-0.10% of zinc, and the balance of aluminum. The cable can replace a copper core cable, is low in cost, light in weight, convenient to pave, and low in construction cost, and has the advantages that the resistance is low, the electric conduction is good, the strength of extension is high, the coefficient of elongation is high and the like compared with a cable adopting common aluminum wires.
