Abstract

本发明涉及一种电动车用双电压转换控制器。其和电源连接,包括一和电源输出端连接的电压识别电路,电压识别电路连接一和电源输入端连接的电压转换电路。本发明通过电压的转换,当电压临近欠压点时,通过电压转换电路改变电池的连接方式,改四节串联为两两并联,电池电压从48v变成24v,使电流驱动能力增加一倍,在大电流出现时控制器并不进入欠压点,从而延长了车辆的行驶里程。
The invention relates to a double-voltage conversion controller which is connected with a power supply. The double-voltage conversion controller comprises a voltage identification circuit which is connected with an output end of the power supply. The voltage identification circuit is connected with a voltage conversion circuit which is connected with an input end of the power supply. The double-voltage conversion controller provided by invention can prolong the driving mileage of a vehicle via a voltage conversion, that is, when a voltage is close to an under-voltage point, a connection mode of batteries is changed from a four series connection into a two-two parallel connection through the voltage conversion circuit, a voltage of the batteries is converted from 48 V to 24 V, and a drive capability of the current is doubled, so that the controller does not enter into the under-voltage point even though large current occurs.
