Abstract

The invention relates to a welding wire and a using method thereof, and in particular relates to a seamless flux-cored welding wire and a using method thereof. The technical scheme is as follows: the seamless flux-cored welding wire comprises a carbon steel outer skin and flux powder filled in the carbon steel outer skin, wherein the flux powder comprises the following components in percentage by weight (based on the total mass weight of the flux-cored welding wire): 0.20-1.5% of Cr, 0.15-0.65% of Si, 0.08-0.45% of Mg, 0.9-2.4% of Mn, 1.5-4.5% of Ni, 0.15-0.45% of Ti, 0.55-5.55% of B, and 0.5-1.5% of C. The seamless flux-cored welding wire and the using method thereof provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that the welding effect is good; the seamless welding is achieved truly; the seamless design can be used for preventing products from invalidity because of moisture absorption in the storage process, and meanwhile preventing the brazing flux leakage phenomenon caused by the seam during the transportation and using processes of the products; and the oxidation problem of the surfaces of the products in the storage and using processes can be solved thoroughly.
本发明涉及一种焊丝及其使用方法,特别涉及一种无缝药芯焊丝及其使用方法,其技术方案是:包括碳钢外皮及填充在碳钢外皮内的药粉,所述药粉含有以下成分及其占所述药芯焊丝总重量的百分比为:Cr:0.20—1.5%;Si:0.15—0.65%;Mg:0.08—0.45%;Mn:0.9—2.4%;Ni:1.5—4.5%;Ti:0.15—0.45%;B:0.55—5.55%;C:0.5—1.5%;本发明的有益效果是:焊接效果好,真正达到无缝焊接,无缝的设计可避免产品在存储过程中因吸潮而失效,同时也可避免产品在运输、使用过程中因缝隙而产生的钎剂泄露现象,可彻底解决产品表面在存储、使用过程中的氧化问题。
